Niederhoffer, 2080 Goyer Avenue, to Harold Sheldon Greenspon, son of Mrs. Joseph Rother, 6300 Lennox Avenue, and the late Edward Greenspon, was solemnized at Beth.EI Synagogue, on December 24, at six o'clock, by Rabbi A. H. Langner, assisted by Cantor H. Gisser. The bride was given in marriage by her parents. She was attired in a princess gown of white peau de sole, with a beaded, face-appliqued bodice; scooped neckline; long sleeves; and full skirt adorned with beaded, lace appliques at the front, and made with a bustle back which ended in a chapel train. Her shoulder-length veil of tulle illusion was attached to a crown of seed-pearl-beads; and she carried a semi-cascade bouquet of white orchids and stephanotis. Miss Shirley Schaffer, was maid of honour for her cousin. She was in a gown of pink peau de soie, made with a bell-shaped skirt; and had a rhinestone tiara. Her flowers were a cascade of pink roses and carnations. Miss Reisha Niederhoffer. sister of the bride, was bridesmaid. Her gown of pink peau de soie was made with a beaded bodice; and bell-shaped skirt. Her headdress was a bandeau embroidered with seed-pearl-beads: and she carried a semi-cascade of pink roses and carnations. Ina Dale Greenspon was the flower girl, wearing a white and pink organza party dress, ap-pliqued with sprays and flowers: also a matching bandeau; and carried a nosegay of pink roses. Mortimer Greenspon was best man for his brother. The ushers were: Sheldon Niederhoffer,"brother of the bride: Melvin Niederhoffer, Harvey Halpin, Brahm Campbell, Elliot Goldenberg. Sheldon Grostern, Howard Sokolov. of Newark, N. J., and Melvin Baker, of Ottawa, Ont. The floral background of the wedding consisted of white and red roses, carnations, and gladioli An orchestra played. A reception for two hundred and seventy-five guests was held in the Synagogue hall. Mrs. Niederhoffer, the bride's mother, was in an American Beauty-red, peau de sole sheath "which had a beaded overskirtj with a hat of the same shade. Mrs. Rother, the groom's mother, were a pink and gold-coloured, brocade sheath; made with a panel at the back: and her hat matched it They had corsages of white and gold-tinted orchids. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Sheldon Greenspon spent their wedding trip in Puerto Rico, the bride travelling in a coral-coloured linen suit, and a white, knitted mohair coat. They have taken up residence at 6525 Wilder-ton Avenue. Here for the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Harry Baker, and Miss Polly Baker and Ronald Baker, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Baker, Mr. and Mrs. Harry, Goldenberg, uncles and aunts of the. groom; and Mr. and Mrs. Rubin oldstein, Mr. and Mrs. David Ginsberg, and Mr. and Mrs. M. Glatt, cousins of the groom, all of Ottawa, Ont.; Mr. and Mrs. H. Greenspon, of Hawkesbury, Ont.; Mr. and Mrs. Myer Sokolov, uncle and aunt of the bride, and son, Howard Sokolov; and Mr. and Mrs. F. Greenberg, cousins of the bride; all of Newark, N. J.; Mr. and Mrs. H, Sinkin, of Brooklyn, N. Y., uncle and aunt of the bride; and Mr. and Mrs. I. The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Harry Weber. She wore a white, peau de soie gown, designed with an off-the-shoulder neckline, worked with Beouins and pearl-beads. Similar bead work trimmed the lace appliques on the full skirt. Arranged itself as a chapel train. A beaded, pillbox hat placed her fingertip, illusion veil; and she carried white roses ana stephanotis. Mrs. Harry Weber, sister-in-law of the bride, was matron of honour. Misses Kenata Michalov-sky. and Roslyn Giblon, were bridesmaids. All the' attendants wore gowns of carmine-red velvet, with fitted bodices, and bell-shaped skirts. They had matching bows in their hair: and carried bouquets of Amazon lilies, Harold Becker, brother of the groom, was best man. The ushers were: Robert Weber, and Paul Brosbein; cousins of the bride; Harvey Litman. cousin of the groom; and Gerald Zucker. At a dinner reception, SEE PAGES 1/5, 6 and 7 three hundred guests were received in the Synagogue hall. Mrs. Weber, mother of the bride, wore a gown of champagne-coloured peau de soie, with beaded bodice; and beadwork down the front of the full skirt. Mrs. Becker, mother of the gr*oom, wore a champagne-coloured gown, with full skirt adorned' with beadwork down the front and side. Each had a matching headdress; and a rust-tinted, orchid corsage. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Irwin Becker travelled via Trans-Canada Air Lines to New York, for their honeymoon. The bride departed in an off-white, wool dress; with sheared beaver coat, and hat to match; and had a corsage of red roses. They will reside in Welland, Ont Here from a distance were; Oscar Cohen, of New York; Harry Weber, of Milton, Ont.; and Mrs. S. Tugg, of Coboufg, Ont.; uncles, and aunt of the bride; Mr. and Mrs. G.
